C&rsquo;est la conjonction d&rsquo;une amiti\u00e9 forte, d&rsquo;une envie commune d&rsquo;entreprendre et d&rsquo;une id\u00e9e un peu soudaine. Nous cherchions un moyen d&rsquo;apporter une solution d&rsquo;\u00e9pargne plus simple, de d\u00e9mocratiser l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au conseil financier, d&rsquo;apporter de la p\u00e9dagogie sur un sujet qui en manque beaucoup. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e de l&rsquo;\u00e9pargne salariale et retraite est alors apparue. Une offre poussi\u00e9reuse, un march\u00e9 concentr\u00e9, un utilisateur final (le salari\u00e9) assez d\u00e9laiss\u00e9, un produit financier opaque, tous les ingr\u00e9dients \u00e9taient au rendez-vous.<br \/>De l&rsquo;id\u00e9e du projet, nous avons travaill\u00e9 longuement pour d\u00e9velopper un produit, avec un volet technologique et un volet financier. Sur le premier pan, nous avons rencontr\u00e9 Julien Murgey avec qui nous nous sommes associ\u00e9s pour construire la plateforme \u00e0 destination des entreprises et des \u00e9pargnants. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s nouveau pour nous, partir d&rsquo;une feuille blanche, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait \u00e0 la fois passionnant et vertigineux.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/>Sur le second pan, nous avons fait le choix d&rsquo;agr\u00e9ger des expertises existantes aupr\u00e8s de partenaires reconnus pour leur solidit\u00e9, tr\u00e8s importante quand on parle d&rsquo;\u00e9pargne. Ainsi nous avons construit pendant plus d&rsquo;un an un partenariat avec Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, notre teneur de compte, pour brancher nos syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;information et process. En parall\u00e8le nous avons travaill\u00e9 avec des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de gestion pour construire une offre de placements attractive pour les entreprises.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/>Ceci nous conduit \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 2018. En tant que jeune pousse, Epsor n\u2019avait pas les capacit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res, capitalistiques et techniques pour tenir ce r\u00f4le et a souhait\u00e9 s\u2019appuyer sur une expertise reconnue pour construire son offre. Epsor n\u2019aurait pas pu voir le jour sans la confiance que Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale lui a accord\u00e9e, et ce d\u00e8s les premiers \u00e9changes. Sur le plan financier, l&rsquo;aventure entrepreneuriale est loin du confort d&rsquo;un grand Groupe que Benjamin et moi avions connu. Nous avons eu la chance sur ce sujet d&rsquo;\u00eatre tr\u00e8s bien accompagn\u00e9s, d&rsquo;abord \u00e0 Angers avec Angers Technopole et Bpifrance, qui nous ont guid\u00e9s et aid\u00e9s dans les premiers mois de l&rsquo;aventure. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un march\u00e9 tr\u00e8s concentr\u00e9 (les 3 premiers acteurs repr\u00e9sentent pr\u00e8s de 75% du march\u00e9). La proposition de valeur est relativement homog\u00e8ne entre tous les acteurs bancaires de la place :<\/p><p>\u2022 Une offre de gestion financi\u00e8re maison : la banque propose les supports de placement g\u00e9r\u00e9s par sa soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de gestion interne<br \/>\u2022 Un service aux salari\u00e9s se limitant \u00e0 un portail pour faire, seul, ses choix d&rsquo;affectation des primes de participation et d&rsquo;int\u00e9ressement, quand ceux-ci ne se font pas en papier<\/p><p>Les plateformes internet ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 au gr\u00e9 des ann\u00e9es, mais sans innovation marquante pour les \u00e9pargnants. Sauf pour les leaders, l&rsquo;\u00e9pargne salariale et retraite est souvent une offre tr\u00e8s p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique de la relation bancaire avec l&rsquo;entreprise.
